CBS Mornings visits Graphyte plant in Pine Bluff, Arkansas

CBS Mornings visited the Graphyte plant in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to observe Carbon Casting in action, and how it can combat climate change. The 30 football fields highlighted in the segment show how little land this approach requires to store significant amounts of Co2 – in this case, 1.6M tons of carbon will be sequestered at this site permanently while the land is reused for farming or solar fields. This will be the largest carbon removal project in the world, removing 50k tons by 2025.
