Why this work matters
The world needs to remove billions of tons of CO₂ a year. Today it removes almost none.
Carbon removal only counts if it’s durable, affordable, and verifiable. That’s the whole problem, and it’s the one we’ve built our company around. Our Carbon Casting process uses photosynthesis, the most efficient carbon capture technology on Earth, then does the engineering nature can’t: compressing timber and agricultural residues into dense blocks and sealing them away for 1,000+ years.

How we work

We’re a team of about 15, headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, with teammates distributed across the country and a site in Pine Bluff. Some of us work in a lab, some at the plant, some in small-town county buildings, and some at kitchen tables (both ours and our landowners’). Almost everyone travels to where the work is.
At our size, there are no layers to hide behind and no waiting for permission. You’ll own outcomes that matter to the company within your first month, work directly with the leadership team, and see your decisions show up in the physical world: blocks cast, acres secured, permits granted, tons removed.

A startup, a manufacturing operation, and an infrastructure developer at the same time.
That’s a strange and wonderful combination, and it isn’t for everyone.
You’ll thrive here if you like hard problems more than polished processes, if you’d rather be trusted with too much than too little, and if “go see for yourself” sounds like an invitation rather than a chore.
